New for 2026, the Chetwynd Deer Park 10K bursts onto the local running scene in partnership with the beautiful Chetwynd Deer Park, bringing a fresh, vibrant event to the local calendar.

Runners can look forward to an uplifting atmosphere, stunning scenery, and a smooth, professionally organised experience from start to finish. The very first race on Sunday 15 March 2026 (10am race start) invites participants of all levels to enjoy a lively, feel-good route through one of the area’s most picturesque settings.

With its mix of natural beauty, community spirit, and race-day buzz, we hope that the Chetwynd Deer Park 10K will become a standout annual favourite! The course is a two-lap off-road course, so do assess weather conditions on the day leading up to the race, and consider trail shoes.

Parking will be accessed via the main entry to Chetwynd Deer Park, off the B5063 Newport to Shrewsbury road (TF10 8EU – note that this postcode covers a large rural area, so please check a map if you are unfamiliar with the area).

For 2026, entries cost £24 (plus a £1.25 admin fee), with a £2 discount available for affiliated club members.
